Scope To reveal properties and mechanics of asperities and slow slip event regions along the Sagami trough, proposals for drilling and geophysical monitoring (the Kanto Asperity Project) have been submitted to the IODP. We call for papers about geological, geodetic, and seismological studies of the subduction/collision boundary along the Sagami trough, and will discuss prospects and problems of the IODP proposals.
Notes The time for each speaker is 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for questions and answers). One projector for PC can be used for presentation. We do not plan to prepare a PC for every speaker (Please bring your own PC). The allocated time includes changeover time. Please check connection between your PC and the projector before the session.
