Scope The occurrence of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake provides a large impact to the seismological research. The knowledge we should learn or obtain from this great earthquake covers a wide-ranging study area. In our session, we discuss the study related to crustal deformation caused or induced by the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, such as land and seafloor observations, data analysis, theoretical approach, and simulation research. We also discuss not only the postseismic deformation following this great earthquake but also the aftershock, the induced earthquake, the crustal activities before and after the earthquake.
