Weather records for the past century and more are crucial in order to project the future as well as the past climate. In Asia, contributions to digitize, quality control and gridding of precipitation records have begun. Here we welcome topics on the development and improvement of precipitation products and their application in various kinds of meteorological, hydrological and geophysical studies.
