Scope The session will focus on the results of the geophysical surveys on the occurrence in marine and terrestrial environment, geological, geochemical and microbiological studies on the behavior in sediments, and laboratory experiments on the nature of gas hydrates. Interdisciplinary efforts will be integrated to understand the significance in geologic history and importance as energy resources.
