Scope
|
Growing diversity and international partnerships are changing a framework of planetary explorations in the world. Revival of Russian space program and new attendances of China and India are innovating current scheme of space science with a help of varieties of exploration technology. Independent and possible strategic plan of Japan's planetary explorations in the next decade will be argued.
