Scope PANSY is the program to introduce the 1st Antarctic MST/IS radar to Syowa Station and funded by the stimulus package in FY2009. The PANSY radar is designed to observe 3D winds and plasma parameters with fine time and vertical resolutions in the height region of 1-500km. We welcome presentations of observational and modeling studies related to PANSY on the polar atmosphere and its role in climate.
